1. Overview: LEGIER & SCANDIC CARS

The LEGIER media group is a global media conglomerate with its own daily newspapers and high-performance infrastructure, including a data center in Manama (Bahrain). The SCANDIC GROUP unites brands in the areas of payments/crowdfunding, real estate, financial trading, private aviation, yachting, data centers, trust services, security, health, and luxury mobility. This ecosystem enables cross-brand value streams—from capital provision to deal flow and execution to operation and monetization—and uses shared platforms for identity management, compliance, data, security, and operational processes. As part of this network, SCANDIC CARS ensures that vehicle procurement and service delivery supply chains are integrated into this overall framework.

2. Digital Tools and Control Tower

Our supply chains are supported by digital twins, real-time monitoring, and a central control tower. These tools enable transparency on vehicle availability, location data, maintenance intervals, and performance indicators. Data are consistently exchanged between partner companies, customers, and authorities. A robust incident management system ensures that operational disruptions are quickly detected and resolved.

3. End-to-End Value Stream in the Mobility Sector

The value stream of SCANDIC CARS extends from the selection and procurement of luxury vehicles to digital brokerage and through to the return and recycling of the vehicles. We work with carefully selected partners who meet high quality and sustainability standards. The value chain also includes payment processing, insurance services, maintenance, and customer service. Through closely linked processes, we create a seamless customer experience while optimizing costs and resource use.

4. Regulatory Framework

Our supply chain strategy takes into account international trade and customs regulations, the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), and industry-specific requirements for the mobility sector. We perform risk analyses, implement preventive and corrective measures, and document compliance activities. Supplier selection is based on transparent criteria; contracts include minimum human rights and environmental standards. In case of violations, we reserve the right to terminate business relationships.

5. Governance and Transparency

An interdisciplinary team from compliance, procurement, logistics, and IT is responsible for managing the supply chains. Reporting to management and an ESG committee ensures that risks are identified and addressed early. We use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supplier reliability, quality, sustainability, and innovation capacity. Stakeholders are transparently informed about progress and challenges. Whistleblowing systems are available to employees, partners, and external parties to report grievances.
