Marketing: Sending newsletters, offers and information about new vehicles – only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Fraud prevention and security: Detection and prevention of fraud and ensuring technical security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Compliance with legal obligations: Retention obligations, tax requirements and reporting of suspicious activities (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Recipients of the data

Your data are only disclosed to third parties to the extent necessary for contract performance or due to legal obligations. Recipients may include car rental companies, payment service providers, IT service providers (e.g., hosting, cybersecurity) and authorities.
