We process the following categories of data:

Basic personal data: Name, address, date of birth, driver’s license data.

Contract and payment data: Information on vehicle booking, means of payment, invoicing and deposit data.

Provision of the brokerage service: Execution of reservations, brokerage of the rental agreement and handling of payments (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Marketing: Sending newsletters, offers and information about new vehicles – only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Fraud prevention and security: Detection and prevention of fraud and ensuring technical security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Compliance with legal obligations: Retention obligations, tax requirements and reporting of suspicious activities (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Recipients of the data

Your data are only disclosed to third parties to the extent necessary for contract performance or due to legal obligations. Recipients may include car rental companies, payment service providers, IT service providers (e.g., hosting, cybersecurity) and authorities. Data will not be disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

Personal data are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purposes mentioned. Statutory retention obligations (e.g., commercial and tax law) remain unaffected. After expiry of the periods, the data are routinely deleted or anonymized.
