SCANDIC ASSETS FZCO and LEGIER Beteiligungs mbH act as non-operational service providers. All operational activities of SCANDIC DATA are carried out by SCANDIC TRUST GROUP LLC. SCANDIC ASSETS FZCO is the holding company and owner of the brands; operational and all responsible activities are performed by SCANDIC TRUST GROUP LLC.

SCANDIC ASSETS FZCO acts within the corporate group as holding company and owner of the brands; operational activities are carried out by SCANDIC TRUST GROUP LLC.

Service Description

SCANDIC CARS brokers exclusive rental cars and limousines worldwide. As part of the SCANDIC brand alliance, we offer a digital platform through which customers can reserve luxury vehicles for short or longer periods. We handle the mediation, processing and payment transactions; the rental agreement is concluded directly with the respective partner company. The service portfolio of the SCANDIC GROUP also includes media and digital services, payment processing and crowdfunding, real estate brokerage, trading in financial instruments, private aviation, yachting, data center services, security solutions and health services.

Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If the contracting party is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction shall be Berlin, insofar as permitted by law.
